中国·福建项目成果交易会由福建人民政府主办，福建省发展和改革委员会承办，福建省各设区人民政府、省直有关单位协助承办，每年6月18日至20日举行。交易会主题：项目—技术—资本—人才。
举办中国·福建项目成果交易会是福建省认真落实科学发展观，建设海峡西岸经济区的具体行动，是实施项目带动战略，推进科技成果转化的有效途径。交易会邀请国内外高等院校、科研机构、企业、个人投资者、投资金融机构以及拥有项目成果的优秀人才前来参展参会，开展优秀项目成果与企业技术需求的双向推介，重点推介一批能提高产业发展水平、填补产业发展空白的新产品、新技术，重点推出一批企业在发展中亟需解决的技术需求，为建设海峡两岸经济区提供项目支撑，旨在真正体现统筹协调的举措，发展层次的提升，增强合力的载体，集聚要素的平台。
中国·福建项目成果交易会是高等院校、科研机构、企业、个人、投资金融机构围绕项目寻找合作伙伴和共赢商机、交流产业与技术开发信息的最佳场所。

Fujian (China) Technology and Project Fair(FTPF) is sponsored by the Provincial Government of Fujian,organized by the Development and Reform Commission of the province and co-organized by municipal governments under its administration as well as organs concerned subordinate units under the province.The fair is held annually during June 18-20 with the theme of integrating projects with technologv,investment and human resources.
Grounded on scientific perspective on development, the fair is a strategic move to build bolster booming of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits. It aims to commercialize incubate the technological applications and propel these projects into market. and market the projects.
The fair is attended by invites universities and colleges at home and abroad, scientific research institutions, enterprises, individual investors, investment and financial organizations as well as and talents with sci-tech achievements.
By matching quality projects and sci-tech achievements, the fair highlights new products and advanced technologies which are most needed by enterprises to help upgrade the industrial chain.
The fair thus serves as a strong backer support for to the West Coast Economic Zone in terms of technology and projects. The FTPF has proved to be the an ideal platform to converge key productive elements and pursuit harmonious and well-balanced economy. The fair is also a win-win opportunity for all participants to seek partnership and exchange information on industries and technology.
The third FTPF is to be held in Fuzhou City from June 18to20, 2005. The organizing committee sincerely invites welcome is offered to institutions of higher learning at home and abroad domestic and overseas universities and colleges, scientific research institutions, enterprises, individual investors, investment and financial organizations as well as talents with sci-tech achievements to the festival .
